Welcome!  Thank you for stopping by to see what the Lord is doing in and through this ministry.  My heart's desire is to truly be a reflection of Jesus - His heart, His Love and His Sacrifice - in this world of darkness.  I appreciate your prayers and support as I seek to fulfill this mission by sharing the Good News here at home, on the World Wide Web and across the world.

"Yet Another Walk in the Dark - Looking Towards The Light"

"Here we go again!"  It seems like God has us on this eternal roller coaster.  I'm pretty certain I've got the "trust in God ALONE to provide your needs" thing down after all these years and I do just that.  So, I feel like God is preparing me to go to the next level - where ever or what ever that might be.

Our church CrossPoint has just called a new pastor - Paul Simpson.  There is no doubt in my mind he IS God's man for our body of believers.  I look forward to serving with him to see God do a mighty work at our church and in our community!  He comes with wife Tricia and three boys - Ian, Keagan and Collin and we rejoice to have them with us.

Janine's job is great.  She was given an unexpected raise in January which is always a blessing!  Kyle is growing in to quite the young man, pursuing music and his love for muscle cars - mopars.  He is already talking about where he wants to go to college.  Eleighsha is officially divorced and planning on returning to college to get her teaching degree.  Emma is becoming a beautiful young lady, turning three the first part of March.  Caleb, now one year old, just had tubes put in his ears to try to head off some of the problems he has been having there.

And that leaves Mark.

My job has changed - yet again - by apparent Divine providence.  I am currently the Internet Manager at John Crow Pontiac Buick GMC in Canton since February 11th.  It's about the same distance drive and much better hours.   I am enrolled at DeVry University to complete a degree in Technology Management with an emphasis in computers.  All 56 credit hour I earned back in 1980 to 1983 transferred toward the new degree - definitely a GOD THING!  I plan to take a lot of the classes online and class time in the evenings.  Of course all this hinges on financial aid.  Of course, God WILL provide as always.

For those of you who lean towards the praying type, please remember us in your prayers.  God honors that in a way that I really need right now.  Pray for wisdom, provision and direction for me and my family.  As always -

Mark Burnett <><
