"Total Surrender - Total Trust - the Sequel"
Well, here we are, one year later, doing an update. The business, Moonlight Applied Technology Solutions LLC is still open, by the grace and provision of God. It has been a slow first year with little profit to show, but we are debt free outside of rent and utilities. God saw fit for us NOT to acquire a bank loan for start up costs, so although we are still pretty much a skeleton on office fixtures, we have what we need to do business. We knew the first year would be tight, so we were not disappointed.
Now, at this point in 2010, we are at another precipice preparing for our next step (or leap) of faith. God is stirring in us a calling to change the way we are involved in church. Within the next two months, God will turn upside down the past 43 years of church "experience" I have to bring me, my family and those called to join us back to a biblical expression of the church. I started a blog a year ago, and just started posting to it as God has revealed to me what He has in store for us (see the link below). We are not moving a a rapid pace with this as we want to make certain we hear clearly what God is telling us to do and how He wants us to do it. And, while we can never predict the great things God puts in our path, we can predict how the enemy will respond when we choose to follow God. This time is no different.
We do still covet your prayers and will update as the Spirit allows. As always -
